PSG Play with Korean Names

Paris Saint-Germain played today with Korean characters, for the very first time. Find out what the reason is.

PSG wears Korean names as a tribute to Lee Kang In

PSG bought Kang-in Lee for 22 millions euros from Real Mallorca in the summer. South Korean Kang-in Lee (16 appearances), a star in his own country and in Asia, has made his new club popular in one go. Lee is so popular that his shirt is even more sought after than that of Kylian Mbappe, the superstar.

The French champions, in honor of the South Korean supporters they have on their side, wore the jerseys with the Korean flocking. On their club website, the jerseys are available.

The favorable schedule of the meeting allowed fans in South Korea to watch the match live from 9:00pm local time. The match began at 1:00pm local time.
