The shirt is called the Barcelona 23-24 shirt which was created by Nike.
This Nike Barcelona 2023-24 pre-match shirt features a white base with the classic stripes in Blaugrana laid over it. The stipes are complete on the left and right lower torsos, and the gradient lines fade away to white.
A similar effect can be seen on the back and sleeves. It is similar to the way that the Nike logo and Spotify Logos appear yellow.
